Hello RSU 1 Families and Students,
I hope you are enjoying the start of summer!
On Monday night, the RSU 1 School Board voted to eliminate cell phones and smartwatches in grades 6-12 during school hours for the 24-25 school year. This was researched and proposed by administrators as another layer of support to improve the mental health and academic success of our students. The School Board used this information and what was presented in the May and June board meetings to make a determination.
