Dear RSU 1 Families,
We hope this finds you well. We have heard words of support and many questions from families and wanted to send the following communication with updated information to our whole community. While we don't have all of the answers as our district reopening model was only approved just over a week ago, we want to keep families as updated as possible with what we do know so far so they can feel less anxious about all the unknowns and better able to envision what school will be like this year. We have collected the questions you have sent so far and responded on the FAQ document below. The New Return to School Handbook will also provide further information about which families have been inquiring. We hope to have even more details coming to you soon in the form of more specific building-based plans and instructional guidance. Thank you for your patience and support as we work very hard to reopen our schools in the safest and most effective way.
