
Dike-Newell students have been learning about the Maine Chickadee Award in Library! The purpose of the Chickadee Award is to encourage children to develop an appreciation for excellence in writing and illustration that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. This week's selection was the Fussy Flamingo, written by Shelly Vaughan James and illustrated by Matthew Rivera.


Bath Tech Graphic Design students have been busy this week preparing for their Skills USA State Competition which will be held this spring!



2nd Graders at Phippsburg School continue to utilize their Outdoor Classroom even during the winter months!



This week at BMS 6th graders are doing a science experiment on the seasons using a globe, a light, and a multimeter!

The Annual Halloween Breakfast Challenge hosted by Fuel Up to Play 60 was deliciously successful again this year! Morse High School students and staff participated in a blind taste test of breakfast treats from Sisters Gourmet Deli, The Cabin, Southgate Restaurant, Courtney Clifford, Bath Tech, and Region 10 Technical High School. The winner of the Best Breakfast went to… our very own Bath Tech! Congrats!


CONGRATULATIONS to Lou Ensel, who was was re-elected by RSU1 voters, and Megan Fuller, who was the winning write-in candidate across all 4 of our municipalities, in yesterday's RSU1 Board of Directors Election. Both Lou & Megan will hold Unrestricted-Residence School Board positions for a 3-year term.

Bath Tech staff members Dave Beauregard and Ray Bernier test drive these terrific chess and checkers tables and stools crafted by students in the Carpentry Program at Bath Tech. Three sets of tables and chairs will soon appear in downtown Bath. Try them out when you see them!
